Nipîy Tu advances Integrated Research and Monitoring Plan (IRMP) in the Delta

An Integrated Research and Monitoring Plan (IRMP) is being developed for the Peace-Athabasca Delta through a core working team which consists of members from Nipîy Tu Research & Knowledge Centre, PCA and ECCC. The team ensures the day-to-day development of the IRMP by producing deliverables to be reviewed by the Task Teams and ultimately approved by Nipîy Tu Research & Knowledge Centre.

A face to face meeting with Elders, to discuss initial monitoring indicators is planned for January 25-26, 2023 in Fort Chipewyan.
