Nipîy Tu begins research into Knowledge Hub development

Nipîy Tu Research and Knowledge Centre is in the process of developing a Knowledge Hub where information relating to the Peace-Athabasca Delta (PAD) and data from science-based and Indigenous Knowledge sources will be appropriately and securely housed. The Knowledge Hub will support the hosting, communication, and application of numerous forms of information in support of conservation actions taking place in the Delta region, and will act as a centralized information portal that can be accessed and utilized by researchers, governments, organizations, and community.

To facilitate this process, Aubin Consulting has been contracted. Research began in October 2022, and will continue into 2023.
